Our engineers also have an ongoing responsibility to oversee quality at each of our factories.

Production Planning & Manufacturing
We have long-standing business relationships with a dozen or more factories in Taiwan and Mainland China. All our factories are ISO-certified and our president, Mr. Chuck Jacobson, personally travels to Asia on a regular basis to meet with factory owners, review developments at their factories, visit and inspect new factories, and work on new projects for our customers. All this experience and all these resources are available to you when you become a part of “The Courage Network”.

Global Logistics
We have a network of freight movement business partners supporting your requirements to move freight from anywhere to anywhere in the world quickly or cheaply but always efficiently and correctly. We can coordinate movement of freight via air freight or ocean freight, via rail or truck, even “cross channel” into mainland Europe and all the way to your dock. You do nothing but tell us where and when you need the freight. We do the rest.

Inland Freight Movement & Local Warehousing
Our network of business partners includes trucking companies and warehousing providers that can service you locally. If we don’t have a business relationship with a company in your area, we’ll form one. We do it all the time. Our total focus is on your business and if servicing you locally is what you need, then that’s what we do.

Inventory Management
With our team of CPIM professionals we can even take over management of your inventory if that helps you run your business more effectively. We have some customers who have completely turned over their inventory management and replenishment to us. All that’s required on your part is a regular physical inventory count by one of your warehouse personnel, by filling out a form that we provide to you each month or a usage report off your system. We do the rest.

Consulting
If you choose, we can also consult with you on your own, internal global sourcing project. We have been called into accounts and asked to review various projects and products towards the goal of setting up and managing a global sourcing department within a company. We can tell you what you’re doing well and what you’re not doing so well. We can tell you how to avoid mistakes and we can even run your global sourcing department for you as you’re working on staffing up trying to get up and running.
